These Terms govern your use of the Doon Dhaar website and your interactions with our real-estate sales, marketing and property-intermediation services.

1. Business and service scope

Doon Dhaar is a proprietary real-estate services enterprise. Our principal activity is real-estate activity on a fee or contract basis (NIC 68200). We may market, introduce, coordinate or facilitate enquiries relating to plots, land, apartments, homes and other property opportunities owned or represented by clients, owners, developers or authorised parties.

2. Property information

Property information may be supplied by owners, developers or other parties. Availability, price, dimensions, location, title, ownership, approvals, land use, construction status, amenities and other details can change. We make reasonable efforts to communicate information accurately but do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current or error-free.

3. Independent due diligence

Important: Before paying any amount or entering a transaction, buyers and sellers should independently verify title and ownership, encumbrances, land records, permissions, approvals, RERA registration where applicable, land use, measurements, taxes, development status, agreements and all other material facts with the relevant authorities and qualified legal/technical professionals.

4. RERA and project disclosures

Where an advertised project or transaction is subject to applicable real-estate regulation, including RERA requirements, the relevant project/agent information should be verified from the appropriate regulatory authority. Doon Dhaar does not state that every property or project shown on this website is RERA-registered. Where a registration number or other regulatory disclosure is legally required for an advertisement, it should be included with the specific project/listing before that advertisement is published.

5. No guarantee of returns

Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of appreciation, rental income, investment return, resale value, approval, allotment or future profit. Any statement about price, availability or potential is subject to verification and applicable terms.

6. Advertising and landing-page accuracy

Our advertising is intended to describe genuine property services and opportunities. We aim to keep advertising and landing-page information consistent. We do not knowingly use false urgency, fabricated scarcity, fake testimonials, guaranteed returns or misleading claims. Specific property advertisements should be updated or removed when the underlying property is no longer available or materially changes.

7. Images and illustrative material

Images may be illustrative unless specifically identified as actual property photographs. A visual representation does not guarantee the final appearance, specifications or delivered amenities of a property.

8. Fees and commissions

Any brokerage, marketing, commission, service fee, booking amount or other commercial term will be governed by the applicable written arrangement or transaction documents. Nothing on this general website creates a fee obligation unless expressly agreed.

9. Third-party links and platforms

The website may link to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google services or other third-party platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Doon Dhaar is not responsible for the availability or content of third-party platforms.

10. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material, scrape or copy content in a manner that infringes rights, or use information for unlawful purposes.
